Flavour Country has officially reopened recruitment for Cataclysm raiding. If you think you’d be a good fit for us, we encourage you to drop an application!

We are always interested in reviewing exceptional apps regardless of current recruiting needs. At this time, we are also specifically seeking:

1 Tank – offtank spot, approximately 50/50 split between DPS and tanking roles (dependent on actual fights). Death Knight preferable, but class is not extremely important at this time.
1 Resto Shaman
1 Resto Druid or Holy Paladin
3-4 Melee dps – accepting apps from all classes
3-4 Ranged dps – accepting apps from all classes

On a related note, folks have been asking us what to expect from Flavour Country in Cataclsym, and why we went on hiatus from raiding a few months ago. Fear not friends! Answers to these questions can be found in this statement from our recruiting officer, Foreshadowed:

Flavour Country was extremely competitive in ICC, including server first on many normal modes, server second on all heroics up to Sindragosa and server third on Heroic Sindragosa.

While preparing for Heroic Lich King a number of our raiders became unavailable due to real life circumstances. As the end of an expansion is a difficult time to recruit the quality of players needed for progression, we elected to go on hiatus until Catalysm, which is the state we have been in since.

For Cataclysm we’ve maintained the group of officers that have worked together and lead the guild since TBC in addition to a large core of raiders from WotLK. We expect to maintain a very high level of competition while adhering to our raiding philosophy of quality over quantity.
